Glenbrier Construction Ltd were appointed to manage the construction of this mixed use redevelopment in the centre of Bray Co. Wicklow consisting of over 280,000 sq. ft of retail & commercial space over a two storey subterranean carpark. The construction of the project covered 4 streets – Main Street, Quinsborough Road, Florence Road and Eglington Road. The open air plaza is a vibrant shopping and leisure destination.

Tenants include Penneys, 5 Screen Stella Cinema, a luxury 10 Pin bowling alley, Bert’s Bowl, Elephant & Castle and Wowburger. The development is now the primary focus of the town of Bray.

The construction of the 120,000 sq. ft double storey insitu concrete basement in a town centre presented space and boundary restrictions requiring kingpin and piling ground support. The superstructure was constructed using steel frame and clad with several different façade finishes including brick, metal, timber, architectural glaze systems and natural stone cladding. The building also include existing façade retention and restoration to bring it back to it’s former glory.
